Privately owned and managed since 1972 by a Quaker community (founded 1951). 3 internal shelters: each for groups of up to 10, with gas stove, cooking utensils, and drinking water. NO camping allowed on trails. Standing on the continental divide: one foot on Pacific watershed, one on Caribbean.
